Should I get BuySellRent of one of the other iPhone real estate programs?
You need both. There are a number of excellent iPhone programs to help you find properties of interest. Once you find homes or condos that are worth visiting, use BuySellRent to capture the details when you actually visit the property. Take photos. Add a text note. Record a voice comment about your personal opinion (or have the realtor record a comment for you with all the details).
-
Do I want the Lite or Premium version?
The Lite version lets you save information about one possible purchase, one sale, and one rental. The Premium versions lets you keep three lists: a collection of possible purchases, a list of possible sales, and a list of possible rentals. If you're really shopping, you need the Premium version. But download the Lite version first to see if you like what the program does.
-
How many photos can I take?
You can add four photos per property. If you try to add a fifth, the program will ask if you want to replace an existing photo.
-
How many voice recordings can I make?
You can record one voice note per property? Voice notes take up a fair amount of space in your iPhone, so you should not record complete rock songs. Try 10 - 15 seconds per note if you visit a lot of properties.
-
How do I put the keyboard away after entering a text Note?
Press the "Done" button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
-
What about tax deductions?
Tax deductions are so specific to your personal situation that BuySellRent doesn't try to estimate them.
